01 Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using SCR SMP - including our Minecraft server (play.scrsmp.com, Java & Bedrock), our Discord, this website, our store, or any related service (together, the "Services") - you agree to this combined Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the Services.
02 Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country or region, to use SCR SMP and related services. By using the Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13, or meet your local minimum digital-consent age.
- You are permitted to use platforms such as Minecraft, Discord, and our store/payment providers.
- Where your local laws require it, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
03 Community Rules & Conduct
You agree to follow all server rules, Discord rules, staff instructions, and the policies of the platforms we rely on. You may not:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users.
- Use slurs, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
- Dox or share someone's private information without consent.
- Use cheats, exploits, X-ray, dupes, macros, bots, or other unfair tools where prohibited.
- Scam, impersonate, or mislead other users or staff.
- Advertise unauthorized communities, products, or services.
- Upload malware, phishing links, or suspicious files.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Services.
04 Accounts & Access
You are responsible for your account, your connected devices, and all activity that takes place under them. Do not share accounts, evade punishments using alternate accounts, or impersonate other players or staff.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account for rule violations, security concerns, fraud prevention, platform abuse, or operational needs.
05 Purchases, Ranks & Digital Goods
SCR SMP may offer purchases through third-party services such as Tebex and its payment processors. By making a purchase, you understand that:
- Payments may be handled by third-party processors under their own terms.
- Ranks, perks, subscriptions, and digital items may change over time.
- The server, economy, worlds, and gameplay systems may be modified, reset, or discontinued.
- Purchases do not grant ownership of SCR SMP, its infrastructure, or its virtual systems - only a limited, revocable license to use the content.
Refund eligibility, if any, is subject to the applicable checkout terms, payment-processor rules, and your local law. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse may result in revoked perks, restricted access, or permanent removal.
06 Moderation & Enforcement
We may moderate the Services at our discretion to protect the community and keep things running. Enforcement actions may include:
- Warnings, mutes, kicks, and bans
- Deletion of messages or content
- Revocation of ranks, items, or perks
- Denial of an appeal where appropriate
Not every violation will receive a warning first. Staff decisions are final.
07 Information We May Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
Minecraft server data
- Username and UUID
- IP address
- Login / logout timestamps
- Chat logs and command usage
- Gameplay statistics, economy data, permissions, and plugin-related data
- Punishment history and moderation records
Discord data
- Discord username and user ID
- Messages sent in our Discord server
- Support tickets and moderation logs
- Bot interaction data and membership information
Website & store data
- IP address
- Browser / device metadata
- Form submissions and support messages
- Purchase history and related transaction metadata
Payment data
We generally do not directly store full payment-card details. When purchases are processed through third-party providers such as Tebex, those providers may handle payment information under their own policies and terms.
08 How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the Services
- Authenticate users and manage accounts
- Process purchases and deliver digital goods
- Enforce rules and investigate abuse
- Prevent fraud, chargebacks, ban evasion, and security threats

09 Sharing of Information
We share information only as reasonably necessary - with service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, moderation or analytics tools, and legal authorities when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or operations.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling user data for unrelated third-party advertising.
10 Data Retention & Security
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, maintain moderation records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
We take reasonable steps to protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You use the Services at your own risk.
11 Third-Party Services
SCR SMP relies on third-party platforms including, but not limited to:
- Discord
- Mojang / Microsoft
- Tebex and its payment processors
- Hosting providers
- Plugins, analytics tools, and bot services
Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any part of SCR SMP at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these terms, threatened the community, created legal or operational risk, or abused the Services.
13 Changes to These Terms
We may update this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated version.
